Labyrinth Survivors
⊹ ࣪.⋆~⊹₊⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆✩࿐

by Noel Mathew

For 3D Game Studio: Unity Games

A mini Vampire Survivor's like game fighting against continuous waves of monsters, with the goal being to survive the onslaught for as long as possible.

Interview:

✧In one or two sentences, what is your game about?

A mini action packed auto-combat survival game where you fight off hordes of enemies in order to reach the end.

✧Were there difficult moments when developing the game? What led to those difficult moments? What did you learn from it?

It was my first 3d game (technically 2.5d), learning how to manoeuver around a 3d space was challenging. It was also my first time implementing programming skills like Scriptable Objects and using many of the Unity Registry packages such as Cinemachine and AI Navigation. These tools surely will be a huge help in making games in the future.

✧Were there darlings that you had to kill? What were they? Why was the decision made to remove them from the project, and what were the reasons that you like the darling so much?

I wanted to have 2 more characters who's story were intertwined with each other, all fighting for the reward at the end of the Labyrinth. You could play as each character, but only one of them would be able to recieve the glory and spoils of defeating the dungeon.
